In Game Support

Utilising the ‘?’ button in the top right of your RPOS (Neocron's in game HUD) you can request the assistance of the Neocron Support Team. In Game Support is great for any issues related to characters, NPCs, missions or the game world. After selecting the correct options and including a detailed account of your issue, the team will act as quickly as possible in order to help. You can expect a response from the Neocron Support Team within 48 hours.

Out of Game E-Mail Support

Help Desk Support

If you have general support queries, issues with character stats, problems with another player or have difficulty logging into a character - submit an e-mail to the Neocron Help Desk. You will receive an automated ticket number after a few minutes. After receiving this ticket number you can expect a response from the Neocron Support Team within 48 hours. As with all issues to ensure a speedy resolution, please provide as much information as possible.

Account Support

If you have issues related to your Neocron Game Account or Neocron Forum Account, submit an e-mail to Account Support from the e-mail address used during registration. You will receive an automated ticket number after a few minutes. After receiving this ticket number you can expect a response from the Neocron Support Team within 48 hours.

Players returning to the Neocron Community looking for old accounts, please provide as many details as you can remember. Never include your password; the Neocron Support Team will NEVER request your game or forum account password.

Reporting Exploits

If you believe someone is abusing an exploit in game, please submit an e-mail providing chat logs, screen shots and video where possible. The individuals and issue will be investigated and dealt with accordingly.

While you will not receive an automated ticket number, nor will you receive a response unless more information is required, we take these matters very seriously and appreciate all reports of this nature.

Services NOT Considered Official Support Routes

In addition to the above the Neocron Support Team also supply an Official Forum and Official IRC Channel. Both of these act as a means of discussion between players as well as the Neocron Support Team. Although the Neocron Support Team is active on these discussion platforms, official support CANNOT be delivered via these routes.

Any requests made via the Official Forum or IRC Channel will be directed to either in game or e-mail support. This is to ensure all support is correctly tracked and recorded. In doing so this ensures a better service and level of quality for everyone involved
