    • Fixed red light decal;
    • Christmas is over;

    Server & Client Updates

    • Fixed various XP display issues;
    • Fixed the CityCom "My Clan" button;
    • Fixed an issue that caused players to be visible while in vehicles;
    • Fixed an issue with collision calculations which caused sudden rapid movement (yeeting the player into the air);
    • Adjusted vehicle shot positions;
    • Optimized some netcode dealing with packet loss, client disconnects, and large packets;
    • Fixed an issue where players with minor connectivity problems could get disconnected from the game. Players with more extreme issues will still be disconnected at a certain threshold;
      • Moving forward players can generate logs of connectivity issues by typing "set net_logvalue 3". This command generates detailed network logs in the game's error log. It should not be run unless troubleshooting because it impacts performance;
    • Fixed an issue where players could log in with an empty inventory or missing items due to minor connectivity issues during login. Note - This may still happen durring more extreme situations;
    • Adjusted network counters in alt + f;
      • Lost Packets - The total packets lost from client to server and server to client. Resets to 0 each sync;
      • Corruted Packets - Segments with a payload that did not match any known Neocron message. Resets to 0 each sync;
      • Dropped BW - Packets dropped due to excessive bandwidth usage (should rarely happen). Resets to 0 each sync;
    • Sped up Terminal Misson Downloads;
    • Added new setting 'config game.camera.tpp.responsiveness', that makes the camera less "floaty" the higher the value is;
    • Fixed dynamic lights not being applied to some surfaces if 'shot-lights-cast-shadows' was enabled(weapon projectiles, flashlight for example);

    Greetings runner,

    Time is short. The City Admin traitor has revealed everything. 

    We now know the identity of the mastermind running the entire Shadow Organisation.

    Turns out, this conspiracy goes far higher than we could ever have imagined.

    It is time to shut down their operation for good. We will be moving against the head of the organisation in one final all or nothing gambit.

    I can not reveal more here,  even though this line should be completely secure, I am trusting nothing at this time.

    Meet me at the NCPD HQ. Bring plenty of ammunition and supplies. I have no idea how heavy the resistance will be, but best to prepare for the worst.

    Gameworld & Content

    • TL100 Hacktool changed to TL120 with 100 HCK Requirement;
    • Pathfinder hacktool reward changed to TL120 (from TL75);
    • Added re-mastered Plaza Sec. 1 Map (not all changes listed): 
      • Removed the TradeCenter;
      • Due to high rent the following stores changed:
        • Crytons store is now on the ground floor, near Medicare;
        • moved DRE Apartment shop to the previous Crytons store;
        • The LoM shop moved to the old StockX location;
        • Yakarma is back in Plaza 1, you can now buy PSI Equiment and Modules there;
        • StockX couldn't afford the rent anymore, they left Plaza Sec. 1;
        • Snack-a-Tack moved to the upper area near the new GravLift;
      • Added a new GravLift to Plaza Sec. 1;
    • Added updated NavRay file to reflect the Plaza Sec. 1 changes;
    • Plaza 3 HEW Traders properly reflect items being sold;
    • Christmas has arrived in Neocron;

    Server & Client Updates

    • Added the ability to dismiss vehicles in other zones, for a fee;
    • Fixed an issue where XP bars in the skill window would perpetually appear 3 away from a level;
    • Removed by todays standards superfluous network compression for certain things:
      • Player positions & angles (position is most likely barely noticeable, because there are other issues with it);
      • Shot positions & angles for non-targetted weapons, also fixed a bug or two there, so they should be noticeably more accurate;
    • Corrected third person view direction, which should largely fix issues like self-barreling or weird angled Doom Beamer shots for example (Not affecting vehicles);
    • Fixed aim of Rhino RG and similar;
    • Fixed drones being off position initially under some cirumstances;
    • Adjusted drone third person perspective;
    • Certain actors are now full brightness (other actors will come);

    Graphics

    • Reverted Rare-part icon, model and size;
    • Added colored fluid icons and models;

    Missions

    • New "Sector Cleanup" Citycom missions added to replace the old QuickKill missions in the very easy to hard difficulties - Any mobs within an appropriate level range in the sewers, labs, basements, etc of the specified zone should count against the kill target for these missions. These new missions apply for all factions. Very hard wasteland missions and HackNet missions are not yet updated.
